On louiselouisebeauty.com, we offer home delivery service, with the option of express delivery available for customers in Germany and France.

Depending on the chosen delivery method at checkout, orders received after the deadline will be processed on the next business day (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Please note that delivery times may be extended during periods of high demand.

Germany and France:

RETURNS & REFUNDS

How to make a return?

If you change your mind, you have a 14-day window from the receipt of your order to return it to us. You can initiate your return request directly from your "customer account" under the "Order History" section or from "Track My Order" if you checked out as a guest. Once your return request is created, please carefully pack your unused product(s) and include the return form in your package. This will help our teams to quickly identify your order. A prepaid label will be sent to you by email for the free return of your parcel. Please note that products must be new, unused, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return and refund.

What are the refund methods and timelines?

Your refund will be processed on the original payment method within a maximum of 14 days from the receipt of your parcel in our warehouses. During peak periods, please be aware that the refund timeline may be extended.

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
